But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please contact customer service at 630-582-4438 so we may instruct you how to return your bouquet for a full refund less shipping charges. All refund claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of product to be eligible for a full refund.

To avoid disappointment, order early. Each bouquet is hand-made and supplies are limited. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions of equal or greater value. Prices are subject to change. Warm weather will prohibit the shipping of most chocolate candies and other candy will be substitued in candy arrangements.

Orders placed M-F BEFORE 2PM CST usually SHIP same day. Delivery times are NOT a guarantee, but an estimate. No shipments are sent out on Saturday or Sundays and therefore, are not included in shipping days.
